Instead of vague requests, structure your prompts in three parts:
1. Role: Tell the AI who to act as
2. Task: Clearly define what you need
3. Format: Specify how you want the output
❌ Weak Prompt:
"Help me with marketing."
✅ Strong Prompt:
"Act as a *digital marketing strategist**. Create a 30-day social media content plan for a small bakery. Format it as a table with columns for date, platform, content type, and caption ideas."
Why It Works:
- Reduces back-and-forth — you get closer to what you want on the first try
- Better output quality — constraints spark more focused, creative results
- Saves time — less editing and refining needed
